Members contribute to the identification, origination, and advancement of relevant and timely governance insights focusing on best practices across four key governance areas
Members engage in consistent collaboration to generate meaningful thought leadership for the center's education library, promote community, and participate in idea exchange
The Advisory Board helps identify and explore new ideas and directions as well as opportunities for improvement. Specifically, they will evaluate and help further opportunities raised by the Insights Council
Provide strategic awareness, high-value information, and objective guidance with respect to insights, introductions to key individuals and organizations, and future initiatives
Serve as a partner to the Nasdaq Insights Council, acting as a soundboard for new ideas, guiding thought leadership, and fostering community and idea exchange amongst members of the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence
