Erika Moore is Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel at Nasdaq and its global subsidiary organizations. In this capacity, she advises on public disclosure, executive compensation and corporate governance matters and provides legal support for transactions. She also is involved in developing and enforcing rules and policies regarding the initial and continued listing requirements for The Nasdaq Stock Market. Prior to joining NASDAQ OMX in 2006, Erika was an Associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. Erika received an A.B. in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
