When you join the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence, you will:
The Advisory Board will provide strategic awareness and objective guidance with respect to NCBE
initiatives. They will be a soundboard for new ideas and thought leadership themes, fostering community
and idea exchange, and evangelists of the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence.
To contribute to defining the strategic direction of the Center by identifying and providing insights on matters of significance related to the Council’s area of focus (ESG & Sustainability, Risk & Cyber Oversight, Board Best Practices, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion).
