Nasdaq Clearing offers marketplace and clearing services for a broad range of products including derivatives on stocks, indexes, fixed income and commodity instruments. All derivatives are cleared in Nasdaq’s clearing system Genium INET Clearing, an integrated clearing and back-office system. Nasdaq Clearing clears all electronic trades in the above products automatically, as well as OTC trades done outside the regulated market and reported to the clearing house for clearing.

Q-Port is a web-based clearing application for Nasdaq Clearing providing management of the full trade lifecycle from trade reporting and margin simulation to position management and settlement.
How to access Q-Port
Requests for New Clearing Access are made via the Member Portal (recommended option). If you do not have access to the Member Portal, contact Member & Account Configuration.
Q-Port is accessible over the Internet and uses Nasdaq Sign In, a two-factor authentication solution, which needs to be prepared by the member's IT department before usage. Read more on our Market Connectivity page under "Two-Factor authentication (2FA) for web applications".

Collateral Management Web - CMS Web
Nasdaq has developed a web tool where members can review and manage collaterals deposited on custody accounts. Information about balances, earned interest and interest rates can be found on CMS Web. This is also one of the tools for making cash and securities callbacks.
CMS Web uses the Nasdaq Sign In authentication solution.
