Nasdaq Copenhagen (Nasdaq København) is a regulated market licensed in Denmark.
Nasdaq Copenhagen is a regulated market governed by the Danish Capital Markets Act (Lov om kapitalmarkeder) and subject to supervision by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet).
Financial instruments may be admitted to trading only where conditions exist for fair, orderly and efficient trading. The rules for Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S are also adapted to existing EU directives and regulations such as the (EU) Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), the (EU) Transparency Directive, the (EU) Directive regarding Markets in Financial Instruments (MiFID II), the (EU) Takeover Directive and the (EU) Benchmark Regulation (BMR).
