Nasdaq Stockholm Repurchases of Own Shares

According to the legislation, all Swedish companies are required to report every trade in own shares. Foreign companies are not obligated to follow the rules of repurchases of own shares but they can give the information to the Stock Exchange on a voluntary basis. For information on how to report repurchases of own shares, please see “Guide to repurchases of own shares” in below.

On this page you will find information on reported transactions in own shares from Swedish companies, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Please note that information regarding transactions after January 21, 2025, in buy-back programmes conducted in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”) are not published on this page. This information is disclosed by the issuers themselves through press releases and can be found on the Nasdaq Nordic website in the company news section, filtered under the category “Changes in company’s own shares.” Please see the link below.
