Nasdaq Stockholm Repurchases of Own Shares

According to the legislation, all domestic companies are required to report every trade in own shares. Foreign companies are not obligated to follow the rules of repurchases of own shares but they can give the information to the Stock Exchange on a voluntary basis. For information on how to report repurchases of own shares, please see “Guide to repurchases of own shares” in below.

On this page you will find information on Swedish companies, listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, that have repurchased own shares between December 14, 2000 and January 21, 2025.

Please note that information on repurchases of own shares made after January 21, 2025 is available through the issuer’s own press releases on the Nasdaq Nordic website in the company news section, filtered on the category “Changes in company's own shares”, see link in below. Historic information on repurchases of own shares will remain available on this page until June, 2025.
