I think passion is the genesis of genius. But I'm quite passionate about singing and you wouldn't want to hear me sing. So you need passion and skill.

To me, it's empowering individuals to find a way to make their dreams a reality, not by just setting goals and being excited, but helping them with the strategies to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

So to be able to do that at scale, it's really fulfilling to see the number of people whose lives you have a chance to touch and that that's my mission.

So to have the freedom to be able to take care of your family, to do what you want on your terms and to give to others, I mean, I don't think there's anything that's more exciting than having that kind of freedom.

We've got to become owners and not just consumers in our culture. And people who are looking at Nasdaq usually have that mindset.

They had me do the Opening Bell several years ago when I was launching my second financial book called Unshakable. And I was also here with Feeding America.

The efficiency of the market here and seeing how things have transformed...The energy is like nothing else.

We're looking for innovation, that's what changes society. I think being in an environment like this where as much as we can imagine, we can create with the new tools that are here,
