In this episode of Behind the Bell, in celebration of the Chicago Innovation Awards, co-founder Tom Kuczmarski visits MarketSite to share the importance of supporting entrepreneurs and how building a strong network enables success.

Collegiality and collaboration and working together and embracing each other and supporting each other and helping each other.

That really can be so instrumental in helping innovators advance. What we've been able to do is create a community of innovators that get support, that get training, that get education, and most importantly, get a network of connections that enable them to do their jobs better.

It feels so exciting to be here at Nasdaq celebrating the Chicago Innovation Award winners.

It really shines a spotlight on all of the innovators and entrepreneurs that are doing such amazing things in Chicago across all industries and sectors.

And it's not just one, it's actually healthcare to food, to industrial goods, to energy, etc., etc.

So it's just so wonderful that we're able to celebrate all of them.
