USPS Operation Santa Rings The Nasdaq Stock Market Opening Bell
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is delivering for America by investing in people, infrastructure, and technology during the holiday season with USPS Operation Santa and rings the Nasdaq Opening Bell remotely from across the country. USPS Operation Santa, the popular holiday letter-writing program where thousands of volunteers partner with the Postal Service at USPSOperationSanta.com and at Post Offices everywhere to respond to families and children who wrote letters to Santa, joins the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square to celebrate its 109th anniversary. Since the program was established in 1912, postal employees, volunteers and organizations have remained committed to delivering on holiday wishes. Louis DeJoy, USPS Postmaster General & Chief Executive Officer, rings the Opening Bell in a virtual bell ringing ceremony.
