Marwynn Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: MWYN), through its two wholly owned operating subsidiaries, connects suppliers with retailers and consumers across the U.S., specializing in supply chain management for food/ non-alcoholic beverages, and home improvement products. In honor of the occasion, Yin Yan, CEO, and the executive management team, visits the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square and ring the Closing Bell.

08:45East and West Fusion Enterprise and Grand Forest Cabinetry.
08:49While the two companies deal in different products,
08:52they have a common DNA in helping to bridge the gap between cultures
08:56with amazing products that continuously delight their customers.
09:00Juan's business specializes in a highly complex supply chain that brings
09:05specialized food and beverage products from Asia to markets around the world.
09:10Products range from snacks,
09:12food, and non-alcoholic beverages.
09:15In addition to consumer packaged goods,
09:17Fujian also provides consulting services to
09:20other retailers that hope to enter similar markets,
09:23advising them on supply chain efficiencies and market expansion opportunities.
09:28Their other business, Grand Forest,
09:30is an indoor home improvement supply chain provider
09:33that focuses on providing kitchen cabinets,
09:36flooring and home improvement products sourced from international suppliers.
09:41Grand Forest's mission is to bring affordable luxury
09:44with both aesthetic and practicality to the living space.
09:48It is clear that Marwin sits at the intersection of culture,

10:45This is an American dream to all immigrants with aspirations.
10:52America is where we can grow, thrive and flourish.
10:59Being a minority female entrepreneur isn't easy.
11:03I often take calls during my son's basketball games,
11:07juggling meetings and work so I can pick him up from school.
11:11As you can see,
11:13balancing these responsibilities isn't easy,
11:16but seeing my son excel keeps me motivated.
11:21I will never forget my family who always stand by me.
11:27I'm very grateful for your unwavering support and love.
11:31March 14th, 2025 is a milestone for the company.

11:38a top tier global capital platform.
