10:10Coro Bio is a bio pharmaceutical company
10:15focused on developing a new class of genetic medicines for
10:19both rare and highly prevalent diseases using
10:22its proprietary RNA editing platform By editing RNA instead of DNA.
10:28Coro is expanding the reach of genetic medicines by delivering additional precision,
10:34which has the potential for increased specificity and improve long term tolerability.
10:40Coro expects to bring its medicines to patients by leveraging
10:45its proprietary platform with precedented delivery modalities,
10:50manufacturing know how and established regulatory pathways.
10:54I know without a doubt this is a team effort.
10:57So I want to congratulate you and everyone at Coro on all that you've achieved together.
11:03We're exceptionally proud to be your partner and we look forward to supporting
11:07your continued growth and innovation as a Nasdaq listed company.
11:12Without further ado, please join me in welcoming Ram for his remarks.
11:21Wow, it's been a long time coming here.
11:26Thank you David and Nasdaq for having us here.
11:30It's a small milestone for us in this long journey that Ro is in developing medicines.
11:37So we'll chat this moment in the future.
11:41Each one of us has lost a loved one.
11:46Have tended to debiliting diseases for a friend or a loved one.
11:54In most of those cases,
11:57the origins of those disease is usually a combination of genetics,
12:03environmental factors, and lifestyle.
12:07We can work on lifestyle,
12:10we can work on the environmental factors.
12:13There are only certain instances where you can work on genetics.
12:18What if we can identify those individuals that have good genes?
12:25Learn from them, help us solve some of these more chronic diseases.
12:33Beyond that, what if you can design a drug that you can provide to
12:39these patients without touching DNA and provide benefit at the same level,
12:46transiently as any other drug that's currently on the market.
12:50That is what we're doing at Co,
12:53the specificity that David spoke about,
12:56the precision that David spoke about,
12:58that is what we aspire to at Corro in helping patients with chronic diseases.
13:04It is another milestone for us this year where in the later half of this year we will
13:10look to take our drug into the clinic and show and prove out this technology.
13:18This is a team effort.
13:20As you mentioned, it's a marathon.
13:22There are many people that have played a part here.
13:25I want to thank each and every one of them,
13:28The executive team, their families,
13:31the families of the employees.
13:34Finally, I would be remiss to mention
13:37my family and two daughters without which I would not be able to do here.
13:44Thank you all for all the support.
13:47Thank you all to our shareholders.
13:49Thank you all to our investors that have shown the confidence in the company to
13:55bring us to where we are back.
14:03Pro is literally the reason we exist and we're so proud of our partnership.
14:08And I know that you're going to be back to celebrate more milestones.
14:11But this afternoon, very proud to present
14:14you and your team with our closing bell crystals.
