ISA was founded in 1968 and serves as the country's securities regulator, committed to safeguarding investor interests and fostering a vibrant capital market. ISA operates at the intersection of public and private interests. Its extensive responsibilities include overseeing securities offerings, managing mutual funds, licensing portfolio managers and ensuring the fair operation of the stock exchange.
