We are a computing company, we are an energy company. We're thrilled to be one of the oldest publicly listedmdigital asset mining companies in the world.

Hut 8’s mission is really to drive the maximization of value at the intersection of energy and infrastructure.

Nasdaq has been an incredible partner to us. And today, we're here to ring the opening bell on the back of the most significant merger in our space and a newly U.S. domiciled company, which is incredibly exciting.

When thinking about the next chapter for Hut 8, I really see just an incredible opportunity to continue to drive scale, to continue to lead in innovation in our space.

We were the first public company to start holding Bitcoin on balance sheet.

We were the first in our space to really diversify into the high performance computing arena.

And I really think there's nothing that can slow us down.
