Above all else, get the right people. If you have the right people, they'll get you there.

So our company was founded in Catskill, New York in 1889. The purpose of the organization was to have a safe place to save money and was a safe place to borrow money for your first home.

We are going to continue to evolve in technology, but I like to call it high tech, high touch.

We're going to continue to focus on having the personal relationships that really make the banking relationship better.

25 years ago we got listed on the Nasdaq. It's been a wonderful ride and to ring the bell was a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Nasdaq represents, to myself and to the Bancorp, excellence. It’s a real honor to be listed on the Nasdaq, with some of the most prestigious organizations in the world.
