    Sehr Thadhani is a dynamic intrapreneur, strategic leader and inspirational team builder with a passion for driving change by finding opportunities in the whitespace to guide companies and leaders from big idea innovation to go to market activation. Sehr’s trajectory has been non-linear by design – she sees magic in the vectors and intersections that are often overlooked.  She has a proven track record of pioneering what’s new and what’s next at some of the world’s top companies, using her skills to spur transformative growth. Everything Sehr does is mission-driven; her intuition and commitment to obsessive curiosity, radical transparency and solution finding lend to her ability to break down the root of institutional problems to not just innovate, but to also futureproof.
     
    Today, she is Chief Digital Officer at Nasdaq, where she’s focused on long term growth, revenue and competitive differentiation  for the exchange. She has held senior executive and advisory roles at Google, NBC, Viacom, Silicon Foundry and Edelman Digital and served as a trusted thought partner and advisor to executives at GE, Estee Lauder, Samsung, the Department of Education and the White House during the Obama Administration.
     
    Sehr’s trajectory has been non-linear by design Sehr holds a BA in Marketing and Voice Performance from Indiana University, an MS in Global Affairs from NYU and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She’s a trained opera singer and the co-founder of a nonprofit that helped more than 150 women with physical disabilities build financial freedom. A true “third culture kid,” she currently resides in Miami after a childhood growing up in five countries and years of globe hopping.
