MiCA defines crypto assets as digital representations of value or rights that may be transferred and stored electronically. According to MiCA, crypto assets can be grouped into three categories: Utility Tokens, Asset-Referenced Tokens (ARTs), and Electronic Money Tokens (EMTs).
