David currently serves on several public, private, and VC/PE backed company boards.  He is also on the board of Stanford Research Institute (SRI). Leadership positions include: Lead Director, Nom Gov Chair, Audit Chair.  

Following David’s 30 year corporate career, he co-founded 3 enterprises: The BlueTree Venture Fund (www.bluetreeventurefund.com), DLM-WCM, LLC, a real estate development company and, MCAPS, LLC, a professional services company.

David is also the co-Founder of the African American Directors Forum (AADF), one of the more highly regarded resources for connecting board opportunities to exceptionally qualified African American executives. (www.aadfpgh.org)

David is a Distinguished Alumnus Awardee of the PITT’s Swanson School of Engineering and earned his MBA at Harvard.
