Alex Leduc is the CEO of Perch Mortgage and Perch Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation (MIC). He has over 10 years in the real estate and mortgage industry, holding senior roles in corporate finance, strategy, underwriting and mortgage brokering. Alex firmly believes in using technology to help people save time and make more informed decisions to build wealth. This led him to found Perch in 2018 and create a leading mortgage search engine now used by thousands of borrowers.
Alex obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from Ivey Business School at Western University in Canada. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and a Technical Advisory Committee Member of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA).
