Wheat Falling Lower on Wednesday

The wheat complex is giving back Tuesday’s rally on Wednesday. Chicago SRW contracts are falling back 17 to 18 cents on the session. KC HRW futures are trading with 18 to 19 cent losses at midday. MPLS spring wheat are 12 to 14 cents lower across most front months on Wednesday.

Exports Sales data will be released on Thursday, with traders looking for between 200,000 and 500,000 MT of wheat sold in the week ending on October 1.

SovEcon estimates the Russian wheat crop at 87.5 MMT for 2026, below their previous number by 0.7 MMT.

Dec 26 CBOT Wheat  is at $6.85 3/4, down 18 1/2 cents,

Mar 27 CBOT Wheat  is at $7.00 1/4, down 17 1/4 cents,

Dec 26 KCBT Wheat  is at $7.37 1/2, down 18 3/4 cents,

Mar 27 KCBT Wheat  is at $7.51, down 18 cents,

Dec 26 MIAX Wheat  is at $7.05 3/4, down 14 cents,

Mar 27 MIAX Wheat  is at $7.24, down 12 3/4 cents,
