Tuesday 12/24 Insider Buying Report: AGR, CNTM

Bargain hunters are wise to pay careful attention to insider buying, because although there are many various reasons for an insider to sell a stock, presumably the only reason they would use their hard-earned dollars to make a purchase, is that they expect to make money. Today we look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.

On Monday, Avangrid's, made a $2.55B buy of AGR, purchasing 71,350,792 shares at a cost of $35.75 each. Avangrid is trading trading flat on the day Tuesday.

And at Connectm Technology Solutions, there was insider buying on Friday, by See Remarks Mahesh Choudhury who purchased 39,000 shares at a cost of $23042.87 each, for a total investment of $898.67M. Before this latest buy, Choudhury purchased CNTM at 4 other times during the past twelve months, for a total cost of $8.64B at an average of $39134.76 per share. Connectm Technology Solutions is trading trading flat on the day Tuesday. Investors have the opportunity to grab CNTM at a price even lower than Choudhury did, with shares changing hands as low as $1.00 at last check today -- that's 100.0% under Choudhury's purchase price.
