The next best performing sector is the Healthcare sector, up 1.5%. Among large Healthcare stocks, Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc (Symbol: TMO) and Quest Diagnostics, Inc. (Symbol: DGX) are the most notable, showing a gain of 6.9% and 6.4%, respectively. One ETF closely tracking Healthcare stocks is the Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV), which is up 1.3% in midday trading, and up 7.28% on a year-to-date basis. Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc, meanwhile, is up 16.77% year-to-date, and Quest Diagnostics, Inc. is up 10.13% year-to-date. Combined, TMO and DGX make up approximately 4.7% of the underlying holdings of XLV.
