Skanska Sells Rental Property In Denmark For DKK 520 Mln

(RTTNews) - Swedish construction company Skanska AB (SKSBF.PK) announced Thursday that it has divested the multi-family rental property C.F. Møllers Have in Copenhagen, Denmark, to Home.Earth Group Holding A/S for 520 million Danish Kroner or about 800 million Swedish kronor.

The transfer of the property will take place on January 31, 2025. Skanska will record the deal in the Commercial Development stream in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The property, which was completed in December 2023, covers 12,000 square meters residential area and consists of 156 rental apartments and two small commercial leases. All the residential apartments are leased.

C.F. Møllers Have's public parking with 125 parking spaces is leased on a 30-year agreement to By & Havn.

In Stockholm, Skanska shares were trading at SEK 231.80, down 1.11 percent.
