ReAlpha Tech Appoints Piyush Phadke As New CFO

(RTTNews) - reAlpha Tech Corp. (AIRE), a real estate technology company, Thursday said it has appointed Piyush Phadke as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 30, 2025.

Phadke succeeds Rakesh Prasad, who was the interim finance chief of the company. Before joining reAlpha, Phadke, with more than 20 years of experience in finance, was the Managing Director at BTIG, LLC.
