Russian President Vladimir Putin gave the Vmeste group of companies control of AB InBev (BUD) Efes Russia, a joint venture between AB InBev and Anadolu Efes. In October, Anadolu Efes and AB InBev reached an agreement on splitting their Russian and Ukrainian businesses. Shares of AB InBev are down 1% to $49.81 in morning trading.
