Nkarta Posts Wider Loss In Q2; Provides Clinical Update On NKX019

(RTTNews) - Nkarta, Inc., (NKTX) a clinical-stage biotech company, posted its second quarter financial results, reflecting a wider net loss compared with the prior-year quarter, primarily attributed to higher operating expenses and lower other income. The company has also provided a clinical update on its lead candidate, NKX019. Company Profile

The company develops allogenic off-the-shelf engineered natural killer (NK) cell therapies for autoimmune diseases. Its lead candidate, NKX019, is a CD19-targeted CAR NK cell therapy being developed for B-cell mediated autoimmune diseases, including lupus nephritis, primary membranous nephropathy, systemic sclerosis, inflammatory myopathy and ANCA-associated vasculitis/polyangiitis.

Patients are receiving 4 billion cells per dose across three doses, for a total of 12 billion cells, across indications in both trials, with initial clinical data from Ntrust-1 and Ntrust-2 expected to be presented at a medical conference in 2026.
