The dividend will be distributed as a Property Income Distribution on 28 January 2025 to shareholders on record as of 20 December 2024. Shareholders can opt to receive additional shares instead of cash dividends through the company’s scrip dividend scheme, which incurs no dealing charges or stamp duty.
