In early trading on Thursday, shares of Intel topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 17.0%. Year to date, Intel registers a 20.6% gain.
And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is Adobe, trading down 10.3%. Adobe is lower by about 11.5% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Atlassian, trading down 5.6%, and Cadence Design Systems, trading up 2.6% on the day.
