Mynd.ai Names Bin Shen CEO To Succeed Giterman

(RTTNews) - Mynd.ai, Inc. (MYND), an interactive hardware and software solutions provider, Thursday announced that Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer Arthur Giterman will step down, effective October 11, 2026.

The Board appointed Bin Shen as CEO and Interim CFO, effective October 12, 2026. The company said it plans to appoint a permanent CFO following an extensive search.

Shen joins Mynd.ai from EchoStar Corp., where he has been serving as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions.

Giterman will also resign from the company's Board and will continue to support Mynd.ai as an advisor, helping with the leadership transition, strategic initiatives.

The shares were trading 19 cents or 0.62 percent lower at $0.3020 on the New York Stock Exchange.
