Multiple insiders bought The Glimpse Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VRAR) stock earlier this year, a positive sign for shareholders

Usually, when one insider buys stock, it might not be a monumental event. But when multiple insiders are buying like they did in the case of The Glimpse Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VRAR), that sends out a positive message to the company's shareholders.

While we would never suggest that investors should base their decisions solely on what the directors of a company have been doing, logic dictates you should pay some attention to whether insiders are buying or selling shares.

Glimpse Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by Lemuel Amen is the biggest insider purchase of Glimpse Group shares that we've seen in the last year. That means that an insider was happy to buy shares at around the current price of US$7.51. That means they have been optimistic about the company in the past, though they may have changed their mind. We do always like to see insider buying, but it is worth noting if those purchases were made at well below today's share price, as the discount to value may have narrowed with the rising price. Happily, the Glimpse Group insiders decided to buy shares at close to current prices.
