Michael Gordon, MongoDB’s (MDB) COO and CFO, will be stepping down at the end of the company’s fiscal year on January 31, 2025, and afterwards will serve as an advisor to ensure a smooth transition. The company has commenced an executive search process for a new CFO and will evaluate internal and external candidates. Serge Tanjga, MongoDB’s Senior Vice President of Finance, will serve as interim CFO starting February 1st if a permanent successor has not been named by that date.
