At the investor day, MetLife senior executives and other senior leaders will introduce the company’s five-year growth strategy, New Frontier, that is designed to support consistent delivery of: double-digit adjusted earnings per share growth; 15%-17% adjusted return on equity; a 100-basis-point reduction in direct expense ratio target and free cash flow of $25B.
