Metaplanet Inc. has announced the issuance of ¥5 billion in ordinary bonds to finance the purchase of Bitcoin. These bonds, allocated entirely to EVO FUND, carry no interest and are set to mature on June 16, 2025. The impact on Metaplanet’s financial results for the fiscal year 2024 is expected to be minimal.
