Mark Adams Is The President of SMART Global Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SGH) And They Just Picked Up 2.1% More Shares

Investors who take an interest in SMART Global Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SGH) should definitely note that the President, Mark Adams, recently paid US$25.99 per share to buy US$255k worth of the stock. Although the purchase only increased their holding by 2.1%, it is still a solid purchase in our view.

SMART Global Holdings Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

In fact, the recent purchase by Mark Adams was the biggest purchase of SMART Global Holdings shares made by an insider individual in the last twelve months, according to our records. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, even at a higher price than the current share price (being US$25.02). Does SMART Global Holdings Boast High Insider Ownership?
