Lisi Group (Holdings) Limited has announced the establishment of an Audit Committee to strengthen its financial oversight. The Committee will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the company’s financial statements and maintaining effective relationships with external auditors. Comprised mainly of independent non-executive directors, the Committee will convene at least twice a year to fulfill its duties.
