China Online Education Group (51Talk), a China-based online English language education platform, raised $45.6 million by offering 2.4 million ADSs at $19, within the range of $18 to $20. China Online Education plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol COE. Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
