Jupiter Neurosciences Announces 1-for-75 Reverse Stock Split Effective August 6; Stock Down

(RTTNews) - Jupiter Neurosciences, Inc. (JUNS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on therapies for neurological and neurodegenerative disorders, has approved a 1-for-75 reverse stock split of its common stock.

The move, backed by shareholders at the July 22, 2026 annual meeting, is designed to increase the per-share trading price and help the company regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.

The reverse split will legally take effect after the market closes on August 6, 2026, with trading on a split-adjusted basis beginning August 7 under the ticker "JUNS" and a new CUSIP number. The adjustment reduces outstanding shares from approximately 57.76 million as of August 4, 2026, to about 770,081 shares. No fractional shares will be issued; instead, holders will receive cash payments based on the closing price on August 6.

Jupiter's pipeline includes JOTROL, a proprietary resveratrol formulation currently in Phase IIa trials for Parkinson's disease, alongside consumer supplement Nugevia and newly acquired U.S. rights to ALA-002, a next-generation psychedelic compound licensed from PharmAla Biotech, in clinical development for the treatment-resistant PTSD and anxiety, engineered to improve cardiovascular safety while preserving therapeutic properties of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy.

JUNS has traded between $0.08 and $1.84 over the past year. The stock is currently trading at $0.07, down 25%.
