Infield Minerals Corp has issued over 4 million common shares at a price of $0.035747 each to Geomark Minerals, marking the second option payment for the Kings Canyon Gold Property in Utah. The shares are subject to a statutory hold period until April 2025. The deal is part of Infield’s strategy to earn a full interest in the property, with a total payment of $1.2 million over 30 months.
