(RTTNews) - GEN Restaurant Group, Inc. (GENK), a California-based chain of casual dining restaurants, Tuesday announced that the Co-CEO Jae Chang has resigned, effective January 8, 2025. Chang will continue on the board.
David Kim, who has been serving as Chairman and Co-CEO, will now take on the role of sole CEO. The company said Kim will continue as Chairman. Monday GENK closed at $7.31 or 1.75% lower on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
