Fiserv (FI) announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Payfare, a provider of program management solutions with a particular focus on new economy workforces. The transaction is subject to obtaining shareholder and court approvals and other customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the first half of 2025.
