eSun Holdings Limited is set to change its principal share registrar and transfer agent in Bermuda and its branch share registrar in Hong Kong, effective December 31, 2024. The new Bermuda registrar will be Conyers Corporate Services, while Tricor Investor Services will take over in Hong Kong. Shareholders should note the new locations for share transfers and collections from that date.
