Welcome to the 2:30 ET emerging markets heat map. This afternoon we find the heat maps changing little from the 12:30 snap shot. The SAP has slipped slightly to +.46% while YUM is up +.01% and remains the only green with KUB now trading negative into the bottom half of the trading day in the Ambassador's Index.

LFC -5.44% and VALE -3.89% along with the continued slide on MTL -5.45% are in the red on the Emerging Stock index. Looking at the Emerging ETF index, the FXY +.54% and FXE +.11% remain the only green on the map at roughly the middle of the trading day.

The overall trend of the heat maps suggest the markets will remain cool or in the red for the remainder of the day going into the close, barring any new market changing headlines. The week appears to be starting with a risk off sentiment with traders continuing to seek yield in the yen ( FXY ) and the euro has found its footing in U.S. currency session.

Check back tomorrow at 10:00am ET to see how Tuesday is starting up.
