(RTTNews) - Embraer (ERJ) announced a firm order for six light attack and advanced trainer A-29 Super Tucanos placed by an undisclosed customer. The deliveries are scheduled to take place in 2026. The order will be included in the fourth quarter of 2024.
The company noted that the A-29 Super Tucano has over 290 orders and more than 570,000 flight hours, including 60,000 in combat. In 2024, the company announced new sales of the Super Tucano to the Portuguese Air Force, the Uruguayan Air Force and the Paraguayan Air Force.
