In early trading on Wednesday, shares of NVIDIA topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 6.8%. Year to date, NVIDIA has lost about 13.5% of its value.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is Verizon Communications, trading down 4.0%. Verizon Communications Inc is showing a gain of 4.3% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Amgen, trading down 2.4%, and Boeing, trading up 3.0% on the day.
