Costco stock no bargain, might be time to sell, Barron’s says

Costco Wholesale (COST) stock has become the Palantir Technologies (PLTR) of retailing, with a rich valuation and a cult investor following to match. Investors should start heading for the exit, Andrew Bary writes in this week’s edition of Barron’s. There’s nothing wrong with Costco’s business, but the stock looks expensive next to growth-stock favorites Apple (AAPL), Microsoft (MSFT), Nvidia (NVDA) and MasterCard (MA), the author notes.
