China Tower Corporation Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Gao Tongqing from his role as a non-executive director, effective December 23, 2024, due to age. The board expressed gratitude for Mr. Gao’s contributions, and he has stated there are no disagreements or issues related to his departure.
