Valued at a market cap of $12.2 billion, the company also distributes and markets fresh fruits, vegetables, and other value-added perishable items under the Robinson Fresh brand name. It is expected to announce its fiscal Q4 earnings results after the market closes on Wednesday, Jan. 29.
Ahead of its upcoming earnings report, analysts project the company to report a profit of $1.13 per share, up 126% from $0.50 per share in the year-ago quarter. The company has surpassed Wall Street's bottom-line estimates in three of the past four quarters while missing on another occasion. In the recent quarter, CHRW exceeded the consensus EPS estimate by 14.3%.
For fiscal 2024, analysts expect CHRW to report EPS of $4.40, an increase of 33.3% from $3.30 recorded in fiscal 2023.

On Dec. 12, CHRW surged over 4% after announcing at its Investor Day conference that it anticipates income from operations between $903 million and $1 billion in 2026, significantly exceeding the $851 million consensus estimate.
Analysts' consensus rating on C.H. Robinson stock is cautiously bullish, with a "Moderate Buy'' rating overall, a step up from “Hold” a month ago. Out of 23 analysts covering the stock, opinions include nine "Strong Buys," 12 "Holds," and two "Strong Sells."
The mean price target of $115.52 represents a potential upswing of 11% from the prevailing price levels.
