Cathay Pacific Airways has entered into a three-year Framework Agreement with Air China Cargo to manage various service arrangements including cargo space sales, ground handling, and software services. The agreement, effective from January 2024 to December 2026, outlines the terms for continuing connected transactions between the two groups. These transactions, while subject to regulatory reporting and review, are exempt from independent shareholder approval.
