Boreal Gold Inc. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising $121,500 to fund exploration activities in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The financing involves issuing flow-through units and common shares with purchase warrants, subject to a four-month hold period. The funds will support geophysical surveys, sample assaying, and mapping on the Fay Lake and Melgurd Lake properties.
