This agreement allows BOE Varitronix to continue using the trademark for its display products and services, with an annual license fee set at 0.5% of the previous year’s revenue. The deal is classified as a connected transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules, requiring reporting and annual review but exempt from shareholder approval.
